Online Purchasing and Layaway Policies.

Online purchasing is available on all inventory at ATD Guitars.

All payment fees (ie: Credit card fees) are the responsibility of the buyer as well as shipping costs.

We go several extra miles to make sure you are aware of all aspects of any product that is sold by us. Hope this is clear enough.

Layaway :

Lay away can be done in person and online.

The following are required for lay away:

In person 1/3 down with payment due in full in 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the agreement at time of sale. If it is more than 30 days then monthly payments are expected.

If you do not pay off your lay away in the allotted amount of time then the item will be sold and a 15% restocking fee applied. In person lay away will be given a store credit equal to the purchase price minus the restocking fee.

Online Layaway.

50% down with 60 days to pay with no additional fees.

All credit card, pay pal fees or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer pays all shipping and insurance fees.
Item will be shipped within 7 days of the  final payment being received.

All used Items are AS IS. I will guarantee that it is in working order with any defects described prior to purchasing. Since I can't control the actions of you or the shipper I can and will not be held responsible for actions that are not my own.
All new items are warranted by the manufacturer and can be returned to a warranty center for any repairs or replacements.
